U.S. Border Control

Friends,

Today is Wednesday, January 5th, 2004. The weather is turning colder once again, storms are brewing across this country, and people are tentative about what "tomorrow" will bring. One thing we can be assured of is that tomorrow will come for most of us. Our task is to decide what are the important things in our lives and begin working to improve in those goal areas.

I know my goals....my priorities. Bob, Jennifer and I have raised up Kris' flag and we will continue to "run" with it. His course was sure, his plans were steady, his research was solid, his daily schedules were busy and filled with many dangerous decisions. But he did not shirk his duties and neither will we. Whether others believe what we are doing is important or not is irrelevant. We will, we must carry Kris' torch...his flag... His death/murder will not have been in vain.

There are so many links to articles that should "scare the pants" off the decision-makers. If they really cared about the common man/woman, they'd be scurrying and scrambling to fix these critical errors before more damages are done to the legal citizens and this country's security.

I know this is a long list of articles and websites, but I hope you can find the time to read and send on to others on your list. Thank you for your help and your concern dealing with these critical issues of Homeland Security or lack thereof.

Take care. Bonnie Eggle, Kris' mom (EOW 8-9-02) www.kriseggle.org
